Angels’ Arms is dedicated to providing and supporting loving homes for foster children by keeping brothers and sisters together within a nurturing family until a forever home is found. In our ten homes, Angels’ Arms provides much more than a “roof” for our foster parents and children. Our foster families receive numerous services and resources, from monthly special activities and meals, to clothing and lessons for the kids. We host numerous fundraising events throughout the year and we do not receive any STATE, FEDERAL OR UNITED WAY FUNDING.
ECH provides open and secure residential care; transitional and independent living programs; specialized residential and educational services for males with co-occurring mental retardation/developmental disabilities; special education services for students with behavioral difficulties and more.
FamilyForward leads the community in providing innovative solutions for advancing safer, healthier relationships for children and families.
To better serve the community, Children’s Home Society of Missouri and Family Resources Center officially united to become FamilyForward on April 1, 2017. Together, the agencies have more than 169 years of experience helping children and families. FamilyForward is a movement and the name for the merged entity of two of St. Louis’s most accomplished, leading-edge non-profit organizations. FamilyForward is the direction for hope and for new opportunities to build safer, healthier relationships for children and families.
The Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition, a proud member of the United Way, is a non-profit agency that strives to create permanency in every foster child’s life by recruiting and supporting foster/adoptive homes in the Metropolitan community.
Good Shepherd provides foster care and residential treatment, structured transitional housing and skills training for pregnant/parenting teens, crisis services for expectant parents, and a full menu of adoption services.
Great Circle provides a continuum of behavioral treatment services for children, teens and families statewide including residential treatment homes for kids, foster care, special education/day treatment, self-injury, autism residential and family services.
Lutheran Family & Children’s Services offers solution-focused services for families through counseling, respite care, pregnancy counseling and case management with the goal of achieving a healthy and stable home environment.

Our Little Haven provides professional services to promote stable outcomes for young children who have experienced abuse, neglect, abandonment or other trauma. Care includes therapeutic residential treatment (ages 0-9) and outpatient psychological services for children/families.
