Children’s Advocacy Services of Greater St. Louis (CASGSL) is a University-based nationally accredited child advocacy center, which uses a multidisciplinary approach to provide high quality trauma-focused services to youth, families, and the community. Our purpose is to give children voices and help them heal from abuse, neglect and other types of trauma. CASGSL is affiliated with the Department of Psychology at the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL), is accredited by the National Children’s Alliance (NCA), and is an active center with the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN). CASGSL has three St. Louis area locations that provide clinical, forensic and professional training services.
