The Women’s Safe House

The Women’s Safe House is a place of temporary refuge and support for women and their children escaping violence or abusive situations, such as domestic violence or sexual assault. The house is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and staffed with a 24-hour crisis line.  Our facility holds 50 to 55-beds; the largest domestic violence shelter in St. Louis. Also, we are the only agency in MO to accept male children up until the age of 18.  We also offer a 12-month aftercare program as well.
